Banco Popolare

Banco Popolare Croatia is today a modern universal bank with international background, constantly developing and offering a broad range of products and services to its clients. The Bank operates a network of 36 branches across Croatia, employs staff of 300 and services over 72.000 clients, holding total assets of 2,4 billion kuna and a base capital of cca. 275 million kuna.


BKS banka

Kvarner Banka (now BKS Bank) was established in 1993 in Rijeka as the first bank in Croatia with mixed capital ownership. From the year 2000 share capital of banks amounted to substantial HRK 60 million, divided into 600,000 ordinary shares valued at HRK 100.00 per share.



In July 2011, Eksen Holding (Süzer Group) took over Banka Brod d.d. and at the begining of 2012, increased the capital up to HRK 126,707,200.00. Süzer Group portfolio covers a wide range of sectors including real estate development, retail, finance, tourism and energy.


Banka Kovanica

Banka Kovanica d.d. belongs to a group of smaller banks, which managed to overcome all the transformations of the banking market and achieve the requirements for carrying out all the banking activities. Since May 2007 Banka Kovanica became majority owned by Cassa di Risparmio della Repubblica di San Marino.


Banka Splitsko-Dalmatinska

In April 2002, when the Bank was approved by the Croatian National Bank as a bank with small business authorization, the Bank was working under the name of Splitsko-dalmatinska banka, and since 1 March 2004 the Bank has been working under the present name of Banka splitsko-dalmatinska (BSD)
